Cyberpunk 2077 Secret End How To Achieve The Secret End
Cyberpunk 2077 has a number of different endings depending on your choices, relationships, and how you interact with Johnny Silverhand throughout the game before reaching him. It takes some work to trigger them all, but if you’ve met the prerequisites, you’ll see how to access each of them fairly simply when the time comes. This applies to all but a separate, hidden ending that you may never know you have access to and will lead you to one of Cyberpunk’s toughest challenges.
To reach the secret end, you need to make sure you have a high level of friendship with Johnny, which means you’ve completed his many side missions and chose friendly dialogue options as opposed to the unfriendly ones when dealing with him. After that, at the beginning of the story mission Nocturne Op55N1, you need to advance the story to the Point of No Return. Taking on this mission kicks off the endgame and guides you towards options that unlock various endings while distracting you from any additional side missions.

Increase your relationship with Johnny by 70% or more before you go to Point of No Return on the Nocturne Op55N1.
You can follow this from the top of the menu screen – this is the number labeled You’ll Only Live Once, under the Samurai logo. We’re not entirely sure how you can effectively raise that number, but we do know that starting with Chippin ‘In, you’ll have to complete all of Johnny’s side missions. In general, you want to treat Johnny as a friend and confidant in his dialogue choices, especially during the final episode of Chippin ‘In and other side missions. In general, try not to be hostile to Johnny during missions to keep increasing the number.
Continue with the Nocturne Op55N1 until you reach the rooftop conversation with Johnny.
Let Johnny take Rogue and Arasaka Tower. When Johnny asks if he’s sure, wait – it’ll take about five minutes.
After a while, Johnny should offer you another option to take over Arasaka alone without support. Select this option to access Don’t Fear The Reaper.
The thing about the end is that it is extremely difficult. You’ll face top-notch enemies without anyone to help you, making this one of the most challenging missions in the game. Moreover, if you die, the credits are discarded. You only have one chance in the Don’t Fear The Reaper quest (at least, unless you load a save before the Nocturne Op55N1), so make sure you are very prepared. To level up the V and make yourself as resistant as possible, we recommend that you craft top-of-the-line equipment and complete as many side missions as possible.
